       Short run production, tooling, fixtures, and gages, plastics, composites, ferrous & nonferrous metals servicing a variety of markets including Aerospace, Medical, OEM, Commercial, Firearms, Armoring, Electronics, Automotive. Each job is manufactured to customer’s specifications.  We develop individual process controls on a job-by-job basis as needed. 

Process variables and attributes change from job-to-job, customer- to- customer. Process control methods shift with each job.  Data collection is completed on each job and the variables tracked.

Trend analysis is performed on all customer complaints and rejections on a monthly basis.
